Being creative help the whole family during cancer. Making art and music, moving and dancing, singing and playing all lower anxiety and depression, which often accompany diagnosis, treatment and survivorship. In partnership with Loyola Marymont University’s Art Therapy Clinic and Amber Cromwell, MFT, Well Beings Studio will launch weekly, drop-in art workshops. Beginning October 2020.
Recipes for Connection is a social emotional arts curriculum created for families, healers, and educators that aims to help build and strengthen relationships between caring adults and children using expressive and collaborative art making activities- “recipes”.
