In the second BRAVE video hosted by Well Beings Studio, I read My Many Colored Days with the help of my friend Prisma. We explore how to use colors and shapes to talk about emotions.
Video Activities include:
Book reading
Deep breathing
Gentle movement
Circle drawing
Body drawing
Feeling wheel
Salt meditation
Bonus Activity: Rainbow Me
Gillians’ Color Wheel, 2020
Go on a treasure hunt around the house. Find objects that relate to you, and create a color wheel. Find shades and tints of each color (there are so many kinds of blue!) Take a photo of your Rainbow Me Color Wheel. What feelings did you have while you were gathering objects? While building your wheel? Where did you feel your feelings in your body?
Recommend a book for Sharon and her puppet friends to read. We love new ideas! Email sharon@wellbeings.studio
