About the Event
Drumming helps with stress and relaxation. It offers a great opportunity for understanding our bodies and emotions, which lends to rich conversation. Making rhythms helps us be in the present moment and is perfect for all abilities. No instruments necessary. We will use household objects and make drums ourselves! Bring your own songs and chants to try out, and learn new ones. Connect and heal. Led by music educator and rhythm artist, Diana Wallace. In partnership with UCLArts & Health.
